One day, the king ordered to give 1000 gold coins to everyone who said a wise sentence.

One day, while passing by a farm, he saw a ninety-year-old man who was busy planting olive seedlings.

The king went forward and asked the old man, it takes twenty years for an olive tree to grow and bear fruit, how can you plant olive trees at this age?

The old man smiled and said: Others planted and we ate.we also plant so others can eat

From the answer of the old man, the Sultan said: It was really a wise answer and he ordered to give him four hundred gold coins.

 The old man laughed

The king said: Why are you laughing?

The old man said: “Olives bear fruit after twenty years, but my olives bear fruit now!!!!”

He ordered another four hundred coins to be given to him.

 The old man laughed again.

Anu Shirvan said: Why did you laugh this time?

The old man said: An olive tree bears fruit once a year, but my olive tree bore fruit twice today!!!

He again ordered another four hundred coins to be given to him and quickly ran away from there.

They asked why are you leaving in a hurry?

He said: Ninety years of motivated and purposeful life made him a man whose words are measured and wise, so he deserves a reward.

If I stayed, it would empty my treasury...!
