One of our Canadian friends had an interesting rule for himself!
The law was that:
Despite having a wife, two children and an independent life and a responsible job, the fish "one night" should be at his parents' house!
He said that I do the children's work and go alone, like when I was a child and teenager... I have had this rule for many years, both myself and my wife!
He said: Many times it is a special job
We don't! My father is watching TV
And I read a book, my mother explains, I listen, I talk, and my mother or father take a nap and we sleep at night... We eat breakfast in the morning, then I go back to life!
Yesterday, I saw on his Facebook that he posted a "photo" and wrote that his mother died a few months ago. I sent him a message that I am sorry for the death of your mother and I will always remember the one night a month you said…
He gave an answer, thanked and wrote that: “My mother mentioned those nights in her limited memories as the best hours of her past years and months.”
And added that:
If you want to be honest, I am "more" happy than my mother for this “opportunity”
I have made the most of it...!!
