In the heart of ancient Persia, amidst the chaos of war and destruction, there existed a secret sanctuary—an underground city of Samon. Hidden deep beneath the earth, the city was a place of refuge for those fleeing the violence of the outside world. Built by the hands of ancient peoples long before the time of the Parthian Empire, the city’s labyrinthine corridors and chambers held more than just shelter. They were a symbol of protection, a testament to the resilience and faith of the people who sought solace within its stone walls.

Samantha, known to her people as “Saye,” had grown up hearing tales of this sacred underground refuge from her grandfather, a wise man steeped in the ancient traditions of Zoroastrianism. Her people, the descendants of those who had first built the underground city, had long trusted in the power of Ahura Mazda, the supreme god of light, wisdom, and order. As war raged outside, with invaders threatening their very existence, Saye knew it was time to turn to the ancient gods for guidance.

She entered the hidden city, with its massive stone walls and intricate pathways, leading her deeper into the heart of the earth. The air was thick with the scent of age-old incense, and every step she took seemed to echo with the whispers of the past. She knelt before the ancient altars, offering her prayers to Ahura Mazda, asking for the strength and wisdom to protect her people from the invaders who sought to destroy them.

As she spoke, a deep voice seemed to answer her call, resonating through the stone chambers. The god had heard her plea. Light began to shine from the depths of the city, illuminating the dark pathways. The people of Samon, united in their faith, knew that salvation was near.
